昨晩、SIEが2024年8月の北米/ヨーロッパ地域におけるPlayStation Storeのカテゴリ別ダウンロードランキングを発表し、発売から僅か2週間で1,800万本販売を突破したGame Science Interactive Technologyの「黒神話：悟空」（Black Myth: Wukong）が北米とヨーロッパのPS5ゲームカテゴリで首位を獲得したことが明らかになりました。

また、Mojang Studiosの「Minecraft」がPS4カテゴリで首位を、Beat Gamesの人気VRリズムゲーム「Beat Saber」と剣闘ゲーム「Swordsman VR」がVR2カテゴリの首位、Team ASOBIのPS VR専用タイトル「ASTRO BOT Rescue Mission」と革新的なシューターSUPERHOTのVR版「SUPERHOT VR」がVRカテゴリの首位、Riotのヒーロータクティカルシューター「VALORANT」がF2Pカテゴリで首位を獲得しています。
