先日、米PlayStation Storeにおける年間ダウンロードランキングをご紹介しましたが、新たにSIEが2017年12月の北米とヨーロッパ地域におけるPlayStation Storeのカテゴリ別ダウンロードランキングを発表し、好調な販売を続けるSledgehammer Gamesの「Call of Duty: WWII」（コール オブ デューティ ワールドウォーII）とシリーズ最新作「Star Wars Battlefront II」が北米とヨーロッパのPS4ゲームカテゴリにおいてそれぞれ首位を獲得したことが明らかになりました。
