昨日、ダンカン・ジョーンズ監督が映画化を示唆するティザーフッテージを公開し話題となった“2000 AD”の人気コミック「ローグ・トルーパー」（Rogue Trooper）ですが、昨晩2000 ADが“ローグ・トルーパー”の映画化を正式に発表。予告通りダンカン・ジョーンズが映画版の監督を務めることが明らかになりました。

今のところ、映画版“ローグ・トルーパー”の内容や公開時期、製作スケジュール、プロダクション、キャスティング等に関する詳細は一切不明で、続報が待たれる状況となっていますが、一先ずSDCC向けの続報はないとのこと。

また、映画化の決定に併せて代表的な短編をまとめた無料コミックの配布がスタートしたほか、デジタルエディションを含むコミックの50％オフセールが行われていますので、2000 AD世界に興味がある方は一度チェックしておいてはいかがでしょうか。
