昨日、Googleがサービス終了を正式に発表し大きな話題となったクラウドゲーミングサービス「Stadia」ですが、サービス終了が与える広範囲な影響に注目が集まるなか、新たにUbisoftが本サービスの終了について言及。Stadia上で購入したUbisoftタイトルをPCに移行可能にする取り組みを進めていることが明らかになりました。

今のところ、移行の開始時期や技術的な仕様は不明ですが、Ubisoftの報告によると、Stadia上で購入したタイトルがUbisoft Connectを介してPCでプレイできるよう準備を進めているとのこと。

また、後日改めて移行に関する詳細やUbisoft+加入者に対する影響について報告が行われる予定となってなっています。

While Stadia will shut down on January 18, 2023, we're happy to share that we're working to bring the games you own on Stadia to PC through Ubisoft Connect. We'll have more to share regarding specific details as well as the impact for Ubisoft+ subscribers at a later date.
