先日、待望のシーズン2“渇望の鮮血”が始動し、大きな盛り上がりを見せている「ディアブロ IV」ですが、新たにBlizzard Entertainmentがアメリカの献血センターと提携した献血キャンペーン“Blood Harvest”を開始。報酬として血をテーマにした武器コスメティックやバーバリアン用アーマーコスメティック、馬に加え、なんと水冷クーラーに本物の人間の血液を使用する“ディアブロ IV”テーマのカスタムPCを用意していることが明らかになりました。

前述した数種のインゲーム報酬は、全体的な献血量目標の達成度に伴い、献血したプレイヤーに付与されますが、カスタムPCについては全体目標の666クォート（約586リットル）に達した時点で、全てのディアブロ IVプレイヤーが応募できる懸賞品となることが判明しています。

また、大規模な1.2.0アップデートの配信後に、幾つかの修正を適用する1.2.0aと1.2.0bアップデートが配信され、一時的に無効化されていたPC/コンソール間のクロスプラットフォームに関する修正や安定性の向上、シーズンバトルパスのプラチナ獲得量に関する修正を導入したほか、Prime Gamingメンバー向けにバトルパス用ティアスキップ＋4の配布がスタートしています。
