昨年末、無料コンテンツアップデートの開発が進められていると報じられたMassive Monsterの可愛いカルト教団運営ゲーム「Cult of the Lamb」ですが、新たにMassive MonsterがSteamページを更新し、初のコンテンツアップデート“Relics of the Old Faith”の配信時期をアナウンス。2023年初頭のリリースを予定していることが明らかになりました。

Massive Monsterによると、“Relics of the Old Faith”は、戦闘やダンジョン、エンドゲームコンテンツを含むリプレイ性の向上に焦点を当てるコンテンツアップデートで、新たなチャレンジや敵、非信者の転向手段といった新要素を導入するとのこと。なお、今年半ばには、カルト教団運営のゲームプレイに深みとディテールを加える第2弾コンテンツアップデートの配信が予定されています。

また、教団の名称変更や各種統計情報の確認ができる“Book of Doctrines”や操作のカスタマイズ、アクセシビリティメニューからアクセスできる自動調理/自動釣り機能の追加、範囲内の複数信者を同時に祝福、激励、威圧できる新機能を含むパッチ1.1.0/1.1.1の配信がスタートしています。
