「Man of Medan」

Until Dawnを生んだSupermassive Gamesが開発を手掛けるホラーアンソロジー「The Dark Pictures」の第1弾タイトルとして、昨年8月にアナウンスされたPS4とXbox One、PC向けの新作「Man of Medan」ですが、新たにSupermassiveが“Man of Medan”の発売日をアナウンスし、PS4とXbox One、PC向けの新作として2019年8月30日のローンチを予定していることが明らかになりました。

また、発売日の決定に併せて最新作の選択要素を紹介する新トレーラーが登場しています。

Until Dawnを生んだSupermassive Gamesが開発を手掛ける“The Dark Pictures”は、複数のスタンドアロン作品で構成されるアンソロジー形式のホラーシリーズで、第1弾となる“Man of Medan”は、南太平洋を漂流する幽霊船をテーマに描くほか、プレイヤーの選択に基づくマルチエンディングやリプレイ性の高いゲームプレイを特色としています。
