続々と注目の新技術や発表が行われているGDC 2013ですが、先ほどGDC会場にてお馴染みティム・シェーファーがホストを務める第13回「Game Developers Choice Awards」の授賞式が開催され、恒例のMega 64によるパロディやティムの軽快な名調子を交えつつ、全10部門の受賞作品が発表されました。

今回のGDC Awardsは、GOTYを含む6部門にノミネートされていたthatgamecompanyの傑作“Journey”が全ノミネート部門を制する偉業を果たし6冠を達成。文字通り今年のGDCを席捲する結果となりました。
