本日、Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciencesが第22回「D.I.C.E. Awards」の部門別ノミネート作品をアナウンスし、お馴染みCory Barlog氏が開発を率いた新生「God of War」がGOTYを含む11部門に選出され、見事最多ノミネート（選出は12）を果たしたことが明らかになりました。

次いで、Insomniac Gamesの“Marvel’s Spider-Man”が11部門、Rockstar Gamesの“Red Dead Redemption 2”が11部門、Lucas Pope氏の新作“Return of the Obra Dinn”が6部門に選出されたほか、“Florence”や“Into the Breach”、“Detroit Become Human”、“Assassin’s Creed Odyssey”といった2018年を代表する人気タイトルが名を連ねる状況となっています。

第22回“DICE Awards”の授賞式は、2月13日にラスベガスのアリア リゾート＆ホテルで開催され、Kinda FunnyのGreg Miller氏とNerdistのJessica Chobot女史がホストを務め、例年通りライブ配信も行われるとのこと。
