昨年、Obsidianの新たな傑作RPG“アウター・ワールド”がGOTYを獲得した“New York Video Game Awards”ですが、新たに第10回を迎える「New York Video Game Awards 2021」の部門別ノミネート作品がアナウンスされ、Supergiantの集大成的な傑作「Hades」がGOTYを含む6部門で最多ノミネートを果たしたことが明らかになりました。

リメイク新作「ファイナルファンタジーVII リメイク」が5部門、Naughty Dogの新たな金字塔「The Last of Us Part II」が4部門（5ノミネート）、人気シリーズ最新作「あつまれ どうぶつの森」と「Spider-Man: Miles Morales」、「Cyberpunk 2077」が3部門でノミネートを果たした各部門賞のラインアップは以下からご確認下さい。

また、“New York Video Game Awards 2021”の授賞式は2021年1月26日にオンラインで実施され、元Nintendo of Americaのお馴染みReggie Fils-Aime氏がホストを務めるとのこと。
