5月から8月に掛けて行われる大規模なデジタルビデオゲームフェスティバルとしてアナウンスされた「Summer Game Fest」ですが、新たに主催のGeoff Keighley氏が本イベントのさらなるショーケースをアナウンスし、Double Fineとiam8bitが毎年開催しているインディ開発イベント「Day of The Devs」を6月22日と7月20日に実施することが明らかになりました。

今年の“Day of The Devs”は、引き続きDouble Fineとiam8bitが主催するほか、Double FineとThe Game Awardsがタイトルのキュレーションを担当しており、多彩なインディタイトルとAAAタイトルのお披露目が行われるほか、ビデオゲーム関連のライブも行われるとのこと。
