今月初めに部門別のノミネート作品がアナウンスされ、Santa Monica Studioのシリーズ最新作“God of War Ragnarök”がGOTYを含む最多ノミネートを果たしていた「New York Video Game Awards 2023」ですが、本日予定通り本アワードの授賞式が実施され、フロム・ソフトウェアの新たな傑作「ELDEN RING」がGOTYに相当する“Big Apple Award for Best Game of the Year”を含む最多2部門を制したことが明らかになりました。

また、Microsoft GamingとXboxビジネスを率いるお馴染みPhil Spencer氏が今年のAndrew Yoon Legend Awardを獲得しています。
