2月上旬、Horizon Zero DawnとNieR: Automata、PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds、ゼルダの伝説 ブレス オブ ザ ワイルド、Cuphead、Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrificeがそれぞれ6部門で最多ノミネートを果たした今年の部門別ファイナリストのラインアップをご紹介した「SXSW Gaming Awards 2018」ですが、昨日予定通り授賞式が執り行われ、「ゼルダの伝説 ブレス オブ ザ ワイルド」がGOTYを含む3部門を制し、見事最多受賞を果たしたことが明らかになりました。
