3月11日に、会場とオンラインのハイブリッドイベントとして開幕した今年の“SXSW”ですが、週末に第8回“2022 SXSW Gaming Awards”の受賞作品がアナウンスされ、昨年12月にローンチを果たし高い評価を獲得した最新拡張「ファイナルファンタジーXIV: 暁月のフィナーレ」がGOTYを含む3部門を制し、最多受賞を果たしたことが明らかになりました。
